Confused HiJackThisLog Help Please!!
Hi as usual Computer is running a little slow and would like some help going through my log.

Any help would be great, as think that the log looks ok, but I am new to this style of scripting.

Hi there Tooslow

It is very important that you get all of the critical updates for your Operating System and Internet Explorer. I notice your browser is not up to date and this makes you susceptible to attacks by Trojans and viruses. Please go to Microsoft and download all the critical updates to help prevent possible re-infection.

I see that you are using an outdated version of Hijack This. Please get the latest version here or use the link in my signature, click and download the program.

Lets use a few tools and see if we can clean up your log a bit first. Please download Adaware SE and install it if you don't have it already. Make sure it's the newest version and check for any updates before running it. Go to this site to get the plug-in for fixing VX2 variants. Also make sure to customize the settings in Adaware for better scan results. Run the scan and fix everything that it finds.

Reboot your system and post a fresh HJT log.

Thanks for that, not sure why I have the old version running as I have downloaded the new version of HJT, I guess that I must have clicked on the wrong Icon.

I will run the new version tonight and post then, as I am at work at present.
