Lots of suspected viruses/malware

I need some help here guys. Recently a red circle with a big white x in the middle has popped up in the system tray talking about suspected viruses on my computer. I know this is a virus because i've read about it but have found no simple way to get rid of it. Another thing i have is windows and everything im doing just disappears and i cant bring it back up! Sometimes it lets me open task manager but i can't seem to find anything different to what it normally has. Also some trojans recently got into my computer and i'm wondering if there are any free trojan removers out there for me :). Get back to me soon, guys :)

Not to worry anymore thor. The big problems of my computer freezing aqnd desktop disappearing have been solved by combo fix and i removed Vundo infection with vundo fix. I now have one clean computer ! :)

However if you want to make sure everything is gone,
you could post the ComboFix log for me to check out.
You can find that log as C:\Combofix.txt (if C: is your systemdrive)
