Thank you in anticipation of help.
Hello, Thankyou for this support that your team provides, I'm not saying this like a ***.
Anyway to the problem. I Have a p4 2.66 processor and 1024mb of DDr ram and a 80 gig hard disk and a 128mb radeon 9800 pro. Lately I have noticed my system slowing down, for example when i right click on a file for example it can take longer than expected for the list to appear. I have run all programs reccoemended by the sticky and i do not see anything suspicious on my Hijack this log (however i know Nothing). I realised my hard disk was getting quite full (aroung 70% full at the time :o ) adn i deleted a load of files (computer game files, no windows applications etc) and managed to free up some space. I reached over 50% of free space and stopped. Yet the system still seemed slow. Then i downloaded 'tunexp' tools and did some of the things reccomended in IGN's 'tuning for half life 2' guide, but not much of a difference came out of it. I have AVG anti virus and i regularly run Ad-aware and A squared etc. What my question is, is there anything suspicious looking in my log that isn't beeing picked up by these programs which may be having an effect on my systems performance? Any help is appreciated. Thank you. |
