That's the exact entry that I found suspicious. It's a trojan. Check and fix it in HijackThis:
F0 - system.ini: Shell=Explorer.exe C:\windows\system32\msiexec16.exe Then delete: C:\windows\system32\msiexec16.exe Restart and post a new log file. Any problems now?
