Hi MissE and welcome to TSF!
Please print out or copy this page to Notepad. You should not have any open browsers when you are following the procedures below. Go to My Computer->Tools->Folder Options->View tab and make sure that Show hidden files and folders is enabled. Also make sure that the System Files and Folders are showing/visible also. Turn off system restore by right clicking on My Computer and go to Properties->System Restore and check the box for Turn off System Restore. Click Apply and then OK. Restart your computer. After we are finished with your log file and verified that it's clean, you may turn it back on and create a new restore point. Reboot into Safe Mode (hit F8 key until menu shows up). [/b]Uninstall the following via the Add/Remove Panel (Start->(Settings)->Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs) if they exist: BLSearch Kontiki Check and fix the following in HijackThis if they still exist (make sure not to miss any): R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Connection Wizard,ShellNext = http://www.mybluelight.com/s/sp?r=a...indate=20001209 R3 - URLSearchHook: URLSearchHook Class - {37D2CDBF-2AF4-44AA-8113-BD0D2DA3C2B8} - C:\Program Files\BLSearch\SearchEnh1.dll O2 - BHO: ZIBho Class - {029CA12C-89C1-46a7-A3C7-82F2F98635CB} - C:\Program Files\Kontiki\bin\bh304181.dll O3 - Toolbar: Browser Bar - {F5735C15-1FB2-41FE-BA12-242757E69DDE} - C:\BLUELI~1\BLUELI~1\toolbar.dll O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [KernelFaultCheck] %systemroot%\system32\dumprep 0 -k O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [spc_w] "C:\Program Files\BLSearch\hcm.exe" -w Delete the following Files/Folders (delete folders if no filename is specified) according to their directory (if none, just do a search for them) and delete them if they exist: C:\Program Files\BLSearch C:\Program Files\Kontiki Reboot into Normal Mode and post a new HijackThis log file so we can make sure it's clean.

You're almost done, just a few things left.
Please print out or copy this page to Notepad. You should not have any open browsers when you are following the procedures below. You may have a virus. Run an online virus scan at TrendMicro or RAV Antivirus. Select the Autoclean option if you use TrendMicro. Go to My Computer->Tools->Folder Options->View tab and make sure that Show hidden files and folders is enabled. Also make sure that the System Files and Folders are showing/visible also. Make sure System Restore is still turned off, per previous instruction. Reboot into Safe Mode (hit F8 key until menu shows up). Make sure to close any open browsers. Go into HijackThis->Config->Misc. Tools->Open process manager. Select the following and click Kill process for each one if they are still listed (they shouldn't be - but double check it): C:\WINDOWS\wt\updater\wcmdmgr.exe O4 - Startup: PowerReg Scheduler V3.exe Check and fix the following in HijackThis if they still exist (make sure not to miss any): R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Connection Wizard,ShellNext = http://www.mybluelight.com/s/sp?r=a...indate=20001209 O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [wcmdmgr] C:\WINDOWS\wt\updater\wcmdmgrl.exe -launch Delete the following Files/Folders (delete folders if no filename is specified) according to their directory (if none, just do a search for them) and delete them if they exist: C:\WINDOWS\wt\ <<This folder only! C:\PowerReg Scheduler V3.exe Reboot into Normal Mode and post a new HijackThis log file so we can make sure it's clean.
