Re: Computer shutting down and runing loud
Hi...
Please download FixWareout from one of these sites: http://downloads.subratam.org/Fixwareout.exe http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/file...Fixwareout.exe Save it to your desktop and run it. Click Next, then Install, make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish. The fix will begin; follow the prompts. You will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so. Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal. Once the desktop loads Save the text that will open (report.txt) to your desktop. 1) Go to Start > Control Panel >Network Connections. Right click your default connection, usually Local Area Connection or Dial-up Connection if you are using Dial-up, and left click on Properties. * Make a note of the settings before you change them just in case you need to put them back how they were. Double-click on the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) item and select the radio button that says Obtain DNS servers automatically. Click OK twice. 2) Go to Start > Run, enter CMD and click OK. At the Dos Prompt Screen, type in cd\ and then press <ENTER>. Now type in ipconfig /flushdns and then press <ENTER>. (notice the space after ipconfig) Close the command prompt window. When your system reboots, follow the prompts. Afterwards, HijackThis will launch. Please click Scan, and check the following items: O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{3C3CBF88-2969-401E-99DD-EFA6B68CE2BC}: NameServer = 208.67.220.220,208.67.222.222 O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{4D4C47F6-AA2E-48A0-BF23-969C6555288F}: NameServer = 85.255.114.60,85.255.112.172 O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{4D4CAC44-D76A-49F0-A1D0-0784B9DFABEF}: NameServer = 85.255.114.60,85.255.112.172 O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{8EE3556C-8859-4E2F-9A31-403452199516}: NameServer = 85.255.114.60,85.255.112.172 O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{A0B5BF85-6ADA-4386-9B70-35E239064B71}: NameServer = 85.255.114.60,85.255.112.172 Should you have problems connecting to the internet after the fix, follow these instrutions. Please go to Start -> Control Panel Network Connections. Rightclick on your default connection (usually Local Area Connection or Dial-up Connection if you are using Dial-up) and leftclick on Properties. Doubleclick on the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) item and select the button that says "Obtain DNS servers automatically". Click OK twice, and restart your computer. In your next reply, please include a fresh Hijackthis log and report.txt. Thanks

Re: Computer shutting down and running loud
Ok I tried to follow your instructions but when I got to the point of clicking on my network connection then internet protocol ..Obtain DNS servers automatically was already selected. I did the run CMD and it didn't reboot. SO I manually rebooted myself and there were no prompts when it started up and so I tried the process again and rebooted and ran this HJT. So here are my logs.
