Exclamation Help!

Well i got a piece of spyware called 'spyware.ultraview' about 3 weeks ago. and it was a keylogger and it had something taking my space away like a worm. I followed the guide to remove it and my space stopped going down and i got rid of the keylogger.

But I never got the space that I lost to it back, and this was around 30GB so I'm desperate about getting it back as I have like 400MB left.

I followed the removal etc etc of that and I'm just wondering if anyone would know how to get my space back?

Please do help!

Chris.
