If you follow the path of the file just delete C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\GFXSRVCI.EXE You will find you might have to do it in safe mode.Just to check that you do not have more on your system,get "HijackThis",save it to a folder and the get it to do a scan.Post the scanned log here and someone will look over it.
