Hello,


Whenever I go to a web page, my system freezes up for about 15-30 seconds. I checked in Task Manager and found it is the System process that is going very high whenever I go to a site. I took a screencap to show you, which you can find here: http://s7.photobucket.com/albums/y27...askmanager.jpg


It's more annoying then anything as far as IE is concerned, but the REAL problem is when I go to install add on's to one of my programs (20-20 design), whenever it gets to installing an HTML document (there aren't many), the System task goes up even higher and my pc freezes up.

Can anybody please tell me what the issue could be?
