All you have to do with Adaware when it has found ant files is to click on "Procead"

To remove a file from the hard drive....
C:\Program Files\Open Site\opnste.exe

Right click on "Start" and then on "Explore".Scroll down untill you find the "Program Files' folder and then look for and delete the folder called "Open Site"

The other major one ( gjuh.exe ) is "as above' but it will be in the "Windows' folder.Just click on the folder and all should appear in the right hand window.
