Which program did you use and what exactly did it pick up? Can you give me the exact location of it?

HijackThis needs to run from a folder of its own. Please right click on an empty space on your desktop, go to New>Folder and create a new Folder. Name it HijackThis. Drag and drop the HijackThis.exe into this new folder please.

We'll need to disable Norton Script Blocking so that it will not interfere with the fix.

• Start Norton Antivirus.
  
• Click Options.
• If a menu appears when you click Options, then click Norton Antivirus.
• The Norton Antivirus Options dialog box appears.
  
• Click Script Blocking.
  
• Uncheck Enable Script Blocking (recommended).
  
• Click OK

You can reenable it afterwards when everything is clean again.
