ie takes me to the wrong page

When I search in google using IE, the search results are displayed normlly. However, when I try to click any link then it takes me to a different page. I did system scan and spyware no success. I then tried hijackthis and below is the result, can someone help me to resolve this issue

C:\Fixwareout <delete folder

For now turn off adwatch and windows defender

Open AdAware Se.
Go to AdWatch User Interface.
Go to Tools and Preferences.
At the bottom of the screen you can see two checkable items called Active and Automatic.
Active: This will turn Ad-Watch On\Off without closing it
Automatic: Suspicious activity will be blocked automatically
Uncheck those boxes.

Open Windows Defender.
Click on Tools, Settings.
In the left pane, click on Real-time Protection.
Under Startup Options uncheck Enable real-time spyware threat protection (recommended).
click on the Save button and close Microsoft AntiSpyware.
Right click on the Windows Defender icon on the taskbar and select Shutdown Windows Defender.

Please download FixWareout from one of these sites:

Save it to your desktop and run it. Click Next, then Install, make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish.
The fix will begin; follow the prompts.
You will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so.
Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal.
Once the desktop loads post the text that will open (report.txt) and a new Hijackthis log in the forum please.

You can now turn on either windows defender or adwatch, It's not a good idea to use both at the same time.

However, when I try to click any link then it takes me to a different page. I did system scan and spyware no success. Go to AdWatch User Interface. Go to Tools and Preferences. At the bottom of the screen you can see two checkable items called Active and Automatic. Active: This will turn Ad-Watch On\Off without closing it Automatic: Suspicious activity will be blocked automatically Uncheck those boxes. Open Windows Defender. Click on Tools, Settings. In the left pane, click on Real-time Protection. Under Startup Options uncheck Enable real-time spyware threat protection (recommended). click on the Save button and close Microsoft AntiSpyware. Right click on the Windows Defender icon on the taskbar and select Shutdown Windows Defender. Please download FixWareout from one of these sites: http://downloads.subratam.org/Fixwareout.exe http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/file...Fixwareout.exe Save it to your desktop and run it. Click Next, then Install, make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish. The fix will begin; follow the prompts. You will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so. Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal. Once the desktop loads post the text that will open (report.txt) and a new Hijackthis log in the forum please. You can now turn on either windows defender or adwatch, It's not a good idea to use both at the same time.
