Re: i need some help PLZ!!!!!!!!

It looks like Windows is erroneously reporting this. Please do this next.

For this next step, please have your original Windows XP installation CD handy.

Then, please go to Start -> My Computer:
  • Right-click on Local Disk (C:) (or whichever is your primary drive), and select "Properties".
  • Now go to the "Tools" tab, and click the "Check Now" button.
  • Put a checkmark next to "Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors", then click the "Start" button.
  • The Check Disk utility will now scan your hard drive for any damaged sectors. Please be patient, as this scan may take awhile to complete.
  • Follow any prompts that may appear.

Note: If you don’t have your original Windows XP installation CD, proceed with the scan anyway. If the scan prompts you to replace a corrupt OS file, direct it to the dllcache or i386 folder that should be present in your system. That’s where Windows XP keeps its backup OS files.

If the problem persists, then it's time to head to the Windows or Printer support forum here at TSF. Place a link to your thread here so that the helper there knows that it is not malware that is causing your problem.
