First of all, I want to thank you for the warm welcome msg I rec'vd.

I guess like so many others, am having problems with my pc.
I don't have a clue to whats going on, i just know the only thing
so far that i can use my pc for is the dialup works and ie works.
this msg pops up after windows start up and
everything else i try to do, just won't open or work and get this
popup msg......

I have ran the scanners AVG, vcleaner, and McAfee
and prolly goofed but i have deleted the DIGStream.exe and generic pup.g
among some other adware but nothing has helped.

Apologies for any delay in replying, but we have been rather busy lately, and, of course, all our helpers are volunteers.

Since it has been a few days since you first posted, please follow these instructions if you still need assistance.

Download ComboScan to your Desktop. Note: You must be logged onto an account with administrator privileges.

1. Close all applications and windows.
2. Double-click on comboscan.exe to run it, and follow the prompts.
3. When the scan is complete, two text files will open - minimised > ComboScan.txt and maximised > Supplementary.txt.
4. Copy (Ctrl+A then Ctrl+C) and paste (Ctrl+V) the contents of ComboScan.txt back in this thread (do not attach it).
5. Please attach Supplementary.txt to your post.

Note: some firewalls may warn that sigcheck.exe is trying to access the internet - please ensure that you allow sigcheck.exe permission to do so.


To attach a file to a new post, simply

1. Click the[Manage Attachments] button under Additional Options > Attach Files on the post composition page, and
2. copy and paste the following into the "Upload File from your Computer" box:

   C:\ComboScan\Supplementary.txt
   

3. Click Upload.
