I did the fl bat agian and selected all of the text in the txt file and cut and pasted it directly into the thread here, this is what exactly and completely was produced by fl.bat. Here it is again , hope this help. Thanks.

SAFE MODE RE-BOOT
Please reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following: 1) Restart your computer 2) After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, press F8. 3) Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu should appear 4) Use the up arrow key to highlight Safe Mode and press Enter. 5) Login with your usual account. Make sure to close any open browsers. ---------------------------------------- FIXES AND DELETIONS Delete the following Files indicated in RED and Folders indicated in BLUE if they still exist. Kapersky problems
I go to the kapersky wite as u suggest, download the scanner goes through the first active x install and then goes to start updating then a second active x install comes up I press that and it takes me back to the original page explaing about the scanner but this time there are no accept or reject buttons so am unable to get past it, it will not allow me to continue on? Any suggestions?? The computer seems to be workign normally again no pop ups at all. I have found tho in my Program file directory a number of directories that look very suspiscious. The directories which I see as issues are:
