Trouble With iexpl0re.exe
so i've had this computer since july and its already totally messed up, basically when i start i get the "60 seconds till shutdown" with the error message "services.exe" and error code "1073741819".

So i'm having to run in safe mode as in normal mode no programs are running at all really.

Remove this entry from the log and delete the highlighted file..

Please download, update and run (one at a time of course!) Spybot Search & Destroy v1.4 and Ad-aware SE v1.06 . Fix whatever they suggest.

Anti-trojan
Please download, update and run the A2 (A squared) anti-trojan. Let it fix whatever it wants to.

Anti-virus
Also, run this pc through the...
Panda Online virus scanner
or
Trend Micro Housecall Online virus scanner

Let it delete whatever it finds. If it cannot delete it, then post the log and we will delete it manually.

Please download the trial version of/AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5
here:
http://www.ewido.net/en/download/
Install it, and update the definitions to the newest files.

Next, please reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following:
1) Restart your computer
2) After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, press F8.
3) Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu should appear
4) Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode.

For additional help in booting into Safe Mode, see the following site:
http://www.pchell.com/support/safemode.shtml


Once in Safe Mode, please run AVG, and run a full scan. During the scan it will prompt you to clean files, click OK.
Save the logfile from the scan and post it here along with a new HJT log

Please download the Killbox.

Run Killbox, left click and drag you mouse over the highlighted files below (including filepath) then right click and choose Copy (including filepath) with your mouse, rightclick and choose Copy. Insert your mouse pointer within the box entitled "Full Filepath of File to Delete", rightclick again and choose File > Paste from Clipboard. All the files should now appear in the box (click on the Tab and check to make sure that only the files I have identified as malware and marked for deletion are there). If each file exists, it will appear in blue under that window when you click on it. Click on Delete on Reboot. Next click on > "Delete on Reboot" and click on "All Files". Please do this even if this option is already checked. You will get a message saying "File with be deleted on next reboot, click "Yes". Process and Reboot now?" Click "Yes" to reboot

I tried the killbox method and the file remained.

and i tried this.

but i don't have the file.
