Can't get rid of goldun.exe virus !!

My Norton anti -virus has detected goldun.exe and was not able to repair ,quarantine nor delete the infection....I have have tried rescanning in safe mode as per advice from the norton website , but it has not worked.....

Sorry I'm not that technically savy, what other information would I need to provide in order for someone to help me out with this....?

I'm having the same problem. What's crazy is I don't even have an e-gold account which is what this virus is designed to attack.
