Keep getting redirected and seeing yellow click here nows on cnn.com
I have no idea what I got on my computer at work, but this is how it started. I noticed on cnn.com that it started saying in yellow, "Click here now" all over the page. Then when I try to click on a news article on cnn.com it redirects me to i.a.cnn.net which seems to be hosted by directNIC. The weird thing is sometimes it will happen other times it won't. Being as I'm at work I can't download programs so I can't download hijackthis. And I've scanned the computer with spybot and viruscan. I only see it on cnn.com. anyone have any idea what this problem is?

Can't download any programs? But you can run anti-spyware progs and AV scans?
Sounds like you either need to get the Admin to allow you to download tools, or download HJT from your home system, or elsewhere, to a floppy, CDR or USB drive, and carry it to your machine so you can post a log in the HJT forum. Be sure to place the exe in it's own folder on the system in question. Don't run it from the floppy or from the USB drive. It's a very small exe, around 215KB, so will easily fit on a floppy. Without seeing anything, it's hard to advise. Another thought....Can you open attachments? See if you can use the HJT I've attached to this post. Again, place the exe in it's own folder. If successful, post a log in the HijackThis Log Help forum.
