Please help me in virus problem

hi guys,i have a suspected vrus sitting at my desktop ,it has a file size of 49.9gb.I tried to scan it using norton antivirus but it says its not a virus.When i press delete,it will not let me delete because it says its in use.What can i do about it?
Please help! btw.the file name is calc.exe.Thank you!

Ok, keep calm.
Press CTRL + ALT + DEL together, and go to Processes, then do you see anything called
calc.exe

Thank you for the replies.Nope.I didn't see calc.exe in the process window.Do i need to reformat my computer now?

Hi and welcome to TSF.

calc.exe is normally the MS Calculator. Can you right click the file, select Properties and post back with the information from the General tab. Also confirm the file size - you originally said it was 49.9Gb.
