Question Can Someone explain this to me

I ran Kapersky Lab Virus scan and I am posting the results... My question this... It looks like all of the items are either in Norton Quarantine or System Volume Information/_restore... what does this mean? are they still active on my computer and how do i get rid of them if they are?... thanks!!!

Yes, that's what it means. They are probably harmless now, unless you release them (restore them back). Go into Norton Antivirus Quarantine section and delete everything there. Or go to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\Norton AntiVirus\Quarantine\ and delete everything inside that folder.

This should clear system restore and set a new restore point up for you:

Turn off system restore by right clicking on My Computer and go to Properties->System Restore and check the box for Turn off System Restore. Click Apply and then OK. Restart your computer and uncheck the same box to enable System Restore.
