Question BIGtime help please

hello i realize i already have a post but this is more important to me if you dont mind. Anyway i now have something new on my computer i know wasnt there the other day and my computer is not running up to speed lately. Its viewpoint its in my control panel also in my add\remove programs;viewpoint manager(remove only)and just under that entry theres my windows media player icon next to it says viewpoint media player....... in place of windows media player. Almost as if it took over leaving just the icon and changed the name? Also i found this just going through and i dont know what it is. It's located here>c:\program files\backweb\backwebclient\6.3.2.62\program the file name is sprite6 with literaly a picture of a ghost for an icon? thanks for your time team...

What site are you getting that "popup" from? It might be a regular popup that the site originally has...nothing we can do. Get a browser with blocking ads feature...sometimes this won't help either as there are ways around it. So give us the site address...

You may uninstall Viewpoint entries there...usually come bundled with programs like AOL, etc.

Backweb is an update program that usually comes with a lot of big programs. You may leave it alone if it's not causing any problems.

okay, that pop up wasnt there on that site, so ill just wait again. I thought i would have been able to block this with spyblaster\sg or customize my pop up blocker to block that address but no biggie. Thanks i uninstalled viewpoint cuz the only thing for aol i have is aim, it took me forever to find everything it came with just to remove all the garbage, accept my actual aim screen. This back web i will leave i guess. Thanks again greyknight 17

Angry sorry guys another problem

In my display properties>desktop tab>backround. All of the backrounds are gone my roomate decided she was gonna clean it up so she clicked on each backround that came with computer and moved them to a folder in mycomputer>hp_pavilion(c:)>windows>bitmap images. I didnt want that stuff moved. I wanted it to stay where it was originaly placed. How can i move them back? Also i now have backround options that dont show any visual, such as info-1024;info-1280;info-800 and some are renamed, everything is a mess, can i change it back to default or something?

Click the 2nd 'Download here' button and save the exe to your desktop, then run it to install the latest detection rules updates.
