Confused How to remove spyware

I have been having some problems lately which I thought was due to a new ISP. But was told it is most likely spyware or a virus. I was running AVG till I switched ISP and got Norton. I also run the Spybot, microsoft antispyware ad Ada Aware very regularly. None of these have been picking up anything. A few days ago I ran the free Panda and it found a backdoor virus which it diinfected and 64 spyware which were mostly cookies. I deleted my cookies. Today I ran Panda again and it found 27 spyware, one listed as a trojan. The free Panda does not remove the spyware. But my other anti-stuff still has not picked up anything. Is Panda picking up things these others consider too negligent to deal with? How do I get rid of the spyware. One id listed in my favorites and one in Windows system32. All the others in Doc & Settings. Thank you.

ejako,
Do a Google and type in Housecall. Go there and get a free online scan and removal of your virus, spyware, etc. Good luck.
