i need help either uninstalling or getting rid of this damn "spyware strike" crap on my computer. it just showed up! (sorry about the proper punctuation.) i have an unfamiliar "extra" toolbar that showed up, and some new icons that showed up on my desktop. how can i get rid of these? do i need a new antivirus? if so, what? what type of additional programs do i need to install to combat/eliminate popups? any help would be appreciated thanks
p.s. this spyware strike wont let me eliminate it unless i purchase its program. should i? |
