my computer has been hijacked

hi i need help with the removal of the CoolwwwSearch hijacker (i think that is what its called) i am operating windows xp with adaware, spybot and the microsoft spyware tools everytime these programs run they detect the problem but fail to remove it. i have also tried the cwshredder but it also fails to remove it. i have downloaded hijack this and run it but i need help to work out whats good and bad. i am no expert in this area and need your help.i have read many posts on the hijack log but am not sure on how to post my log. its driving me crazy!!!!. can you assist me please.

Hi eryrie -

If you already have a HJT log, post it in our HijackThis Log Help forum.

Download HijackThis - this program will help us determine if there are any spyware/malware on your computer. Double-click on the file you just downloaded.
Click on the "Unzip" button to install. It will by default install to the directory - C:\PROGRAM FILES\HIJACKTHIS\

Double click on HijackThis.exe to run the program.

1. If it gives you an intro screen, just choose 'Do a system scan and save a logfile'.
2. If you don't get the intro screen, just hit Scan and then click on Save log.
3. Post the hijackthis.log file in the HijackThis Log Help forum. Do not fix anything in HijackThis since they may be harmless.

Just copy everything in the saved log, and paste it into a new reply.
