Hi, even when i am not on the web, pop-ups will bombard me. Also, my home page doesnt get saved to the adress i choose. ive downloaded microsoft's spyware remover, spybot:search and destroy, spyfighter and have used norton's virus remover and nothing gets rid of these problems. please help

hmm........try downloading adware SE in addition, install it on your computer and update the program. then run it too and see if it gets rid of the problem.

Please download HijackThis - this program will help us determine if there are any spyware/malware on your computer. Create a folder at C:\HJT and move HijackThis.exe there. Run a scan and save the log file. Get HijackThis Analyzer and save it to the same folder as the hijackthis.log file. Run HijackThis Analyzer and type in y if you agree. Open up the result.txt file created. Copy the whole result.txt log into a new post in the HijackThis Log Help forum. Do not fix anything in HijackThis since they may be harmless. Make sure to include the System information at the top of the log as well.
