norton firewall blockcks all javascript?
I've been searching for the setting for this to no avail. Basically I am running Norton Personal Firewall 2005 and have found that all javascript is being blocked when I have my firewall turned on.
It causes a lot of problems because many sites use javascript for menus, cookies and other popups that are needed to run normally. I have to disable the firewall for most sites like msnb.com to run correctly. I have my built-in popup blocked turned off, but I can't seem to find any kind of global setting in Norton where its disabling all my scripting. I don't want to have to turn off my firewall to surf. Any ideas? |
