Cyber Security

Hello,

I accidentally downloaded and payed for a program called Cyber Security to my laptop. I payed the option for 59.95 but received a charge for 79.95. It was only two days ago and then I realized it was a rogue program. I just want to contact them and get my money back but there is no email or phone number. This is a fraud scam and I need to figure out the company in Reno to get my refund! Can anyone help me contact them?

Re: Cyber Security

Hi and welcome to TSF

Your best bet is to try the credit card company, for the card you used. Explain to them that they said one price and charged and another.

Good luck
