LSA Shell again !!!

I have the usual problem with the message: "C:\Windows\system32\lsass.exe" terminated unexpectedly with status code -1073741819. The system will now shut down and restart.
I have downloaded the FxSasser.exe from symantec and the Windows-KB841720-ENU-V4 and ran them. They both said that the sasser worm has not been found on your computer.
Also, I have entered the command "shutdown -a" in Start - Run but it stops the restart only if you type it every time the window is appearing.
Please, tell me what is going on and what I can do because I have almost 150 PC's to handle !!!

Please don't create a new thread if someone replied to your other one and if it's the same subject. This is what I found (it seems to apply to Windows 2000 only):
