Generic.dx
Hi!plz help me in this problem of mine.
When i try to open my computer or my documents or any such folder it takes a long time to open and after 30 seconds or so i get a virus message saying that a virus called generic.dx is found and it is a trojan virus but the anti virus is not able to delete it or clean it,the path name of the virus is C:\WINDOWS\system32\bfc4.dll and in a tab called 'application' it is showing as explorer.exe . Currently i use McAfee antivirus. Also have a look at the picture in the attachment. Plz help me to solve this problem at the earliest Thanking you -Abhilash k |
