Hi,
Can somebody help in sorthing out this problem of mine.. Iam using WIndows Vista Home Premium and my Antivirus is Kaspersky Internet Security 2009. Before Installing the Kaspersky i was using AVG Free edition of Antivirus and oneday while scanning it showed the WIN32/Heur Virus in I:\System Volume Information Folder ( I forgot the real Path & I: is my External HDD) in my next scans it was not shown also. When i found this WIN32 Virus i purchased and Installed the Kaspersky. Now when i start to chat using Yahoo messanger when a new Conversation Window is opned it Displays GIF89a on top and below that only other message like " you appear offline to others, Show recent messages" etc appears. i tried reinstalling the Yahoo but still it appears. and i tried to restore the system to a previous point. But after restoring a message appears that an unexpected error occured and the system restore didnt happend and files are not changed. Is there any virus in my PC??? can someone help me in this??? Please.... Why is this GIF89a appearing??? Is Kaspersky a Good Internet security!!!!! Can Kaspersky Find the WIN32 Viruses. While scanning with Kaspersky it doesnt show the virus??? |
