"What is the most secure web browser?"As I go online and surf the web, always worry about if I'm getting something "extra", which may screw up my os badly. Well, not to mention my horror story, I think you must have heard enough about how vulnerable it can be while surfing web. So, how many protection layers we must have in order to keep our PC clean? I have 9 programs categorized as 3 sets of layers to simply do the damn job!, btw, which cost me 100MB (acutal # = 102.42) to keep them.Even tho, I still have to do the regular cleaning job, Sigh!!!
There are some good browsers out there, but have you ever thought if more and more ppl use "the most secure", is it gonna be secure any more (because of high popularity)? ....On the other hand, if only a few ppl use it, how secure it can be without millions of people's testing? Plz post your best browser name here and answers to the questions above. Hope we all can benefit ;-) |

I use Firefox with IE for mostly Windows Updates or sites that won't work with Firefox. I really like the tabs and the search engine in Firefox. :) |

Yes, Firefox would be my choice also (for now).
Warrioruw, just like you said, as more and more people start using a certain browser, it soon will be attacked by many also. If I'm correct, there were some security issues/holes found in Firefox before but they should have fixed that by now. Either way, Firefox is more secure than Internet Explorer for the time being. Firefox has been thoroughly tested by millions until it was finally released as a stable version.

It's funny that how people are concerned about IPs are revealed by others, meanwhile, they are desperatly want to get IPs from others in order to gain illegal access. I'm not saying it's wrong or not, but this link shows a lot of interesting ideas on the topic( I found it very funny). Hope you enjoy it too.
