Help- Norton 360 V3 won't open- possible infection
Hello. I recently just found out that I could not open my N360 V3 on my PC. I tried manually running liveupdate through typing "luall.exe" in run, but that did not work. I am having trouble. It seems like N360 is not showing up on my processes. I need help ASAP to fix this. I tried running N360 full system scan on safe mode- showed no infections. I also attempted all the Norton procedures: e.g. downloading virus updates by themselves, but they refuse to open- they say "download complete, all downloads failed." I need help ASAP since I need to make an important transaction quickly. Thanks. Vista 64, SP2 HP Pavillion Elite m9340f Intel Quad Q6700 @ 2.66 GHz (no overclock) 6 GB DDR2 Ram NVIDIA 9500GS |
