Temporary internet

can anyone help me , ,
i was checking by chance my temporary internet file and i found that my husbaned is visiting his girlfriend faccbook page, so i aws so angry and i told him about that , he promised taht he will not do this again , after 2 days i tried to check the temporary internet file a****n but i found taht something was changing in this file , there's no to much files like before or even pic , i just found cookies file which not allow me to see what inside like before , i tried to find solution as i tried to view the files from the Folder option but there is nor store to any we site i'm trying to visit , just ther's storing to ggogle website , i visited the facebook and i came back to check the temporary internet file but i didn't find any storage to the facebook page , so there's any way that he could block some certian web site to not store any files after he visiting them , please help urgent

He could have cleared the cookies.
