bit of advice please
I apparently have trojan.fakealert on laptop. I have posted in the tojan forum and awaiting a reply. But what I wondered is if I put norton on to my system will this get rid of the trojan?? I am a little concerned to use laptop as it informed me that it is trying to get my passwords so didn't know if my laptop is save to use. I have stayed away from inputting any passwords since contracting the virus.
So will norton get rid of virus?? |

Hello
Please be patient until one of our analysts picks up your log(do not make any changes, whilst waiting to be helped), since you already have another open thread in our Virus/Trojan/Spyware Help section and as per forum rules. Quote:
