My PC is falsly detecting a virus.
Hello everyone, I would like to thank you in advance for your time (sorry if this is the wrong spot for this thread). The problem is that I am trying to run a program that I know is safe because I have been using it for awhile on a different PC and nothing has went wrong, but when I transfer it over to my other PC it get detected as a virus. The icon doesn't even appear how its supposed to its just blank (as you can see in the picture below of the blank icon) and when I attempt to run the program I get the following error:
"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item." I have unblocked the program by right-clicking going into properties and clicking unblock, but still no success. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you! P.S. I know people are going to say you shouldn't run viruses, but I am 100% positive I want to run the program. Additional info:

Re: My PC is falsly detecting a virus.
Well, it may well contain a virus. However, if you still want to run it then i would just disable the security software.

Alright well yes I still want to run the program, but even with AVG disabled and my windows firewall turned off it still wont run, and gives me the error that i previously posted.
