avg access is denied problem

I recently bought avg for my pc and i try to update it and it says access is forbidden by the server? and i do not understand y it is saying this bc i paid for the version . Please help...

Hello -

Since you have a paid version of AVG, either contact the reseller from whom you purchased it, or contact AVG support
