Norton Antivirus Options Question

Hey all, long-time lurker first-time poster here.

I'm was configuring my Norton Antivirus and ran across something I have no clue about and can't find an answer for.

It's in Options>Norton Antivirus>Real-Time Protection>Internet Worm Protection>Program Control. When you open Program Control there's something in the list called "System System" with a Windows logo next to it. The options are Block, Allow and Custom. Does anyone know what this is and which option is best? Right now it's on Block.

"System" is used to represent processes that are part of the operating system. I have it too but it is set to Auto
