Is it true that...
Is it true that changing your ip protects you from viruses when you visit a corrupt website or that someone can not hack you since you have a fake ip address, if this is true, what are the sideaffects and what are some ways then to change it? I believe its legal, the only one way is to get a proxy? but any free ways to change it?(yes i know there free proxies but there slow)
