Under Virus Attack PLEASE HELP

Hi Everyone,

Any help would be very appreciated for my problems. Where to begin ? My computer has been inflicted with the blue screen virus, as I'm sure it is not a hardware or fan problem. It has crashed mostly when going to sleep or hibernation, but as also done it randomly as well as few times when I was burning a cd. This one time I was burning several cds and it crashed about 3 times within a hour time period after I was being persistent with burning these few cds which I eventually got done, after the sacrifice of a few disks. Other than those 3 or 4 times it has only crashed during random other times about 3 times.

A majority of the time, as aformentioned, has been during sleep and hibernation as well as while at the sign in screen. It also runs very slow especially during loading after signing in. Today, it finally seemed like my computer was dead. When I turned it on it after fully shutting it down, the load up bar at the bottom of screen with the green loading up bar, it acted weird.

First off, it said "windows resuming" like I was coming back from a hibernation or sleep, which wasn't true. It never says that when the computer is coming back from full shutdown, and secondly, the green load up segment that moves from left to right and then repeats moved very quickly and a few moments later I had a blank black screen with just my pointer. After waiting for awhile, I turned of and on my computer many times to hope it would get through this problem.

Eventually, I as able to go to setup (as I should have first tried, because the main setup options window logo screen still came up first each time I turned it on as normal, prior to the load up bar screen). I found an option that seemed like it could help, but wasn't too complex that I'd be completely ruining my computer to a state I couldn't bring it back from. It was the load up option from minimal to thorough (there was also an "auto" option). It said that the default setting was minimal. Anyway, I was finally able to sign on my computer and here I am.

Additionally, when I first began to get these blue screen crashes about three weeks ago, I decided to install AVG, Spyware, and a trial version of Norton. All of these (as well as my normal windows updates) couldn't connect up to the internet (despite me being connected) and install their updates. I've checked my firewall, but that doesn't seem to be the problem, especially since my windows updates have always installed on their own and connected fine. I've tried to manually install AVG updates, but the files aren't recognized by AVG. My AVG toolbar has installed, and I have run scans on both Spyware and AVG, but they don't seem to be working without the updates.

Also, I have spyware or something that affects my links that I click on google links, If I don't repeatedly click on a link, I get redirected to some site. And, I have also had to download SuperAntiSpyware Free Edition from a non direct source (download.com "CNET") because when I go to the site and get to the actual download page (which is the third page including the main page and 2nd page navigating away from the main page) the site goes blank and says the address can't be found in both firefox and internet explorer browsers. Here is the link http://www.superantispyware.com/down...NTISPYWAREFREE It shows the page for a quick second and then goes to the blank address can't be found message.

Sorry to be so longwinded, but my computer seems to be under serious threat with many viruses and spyware, and it's less than two years old. So, I'm very frustrated with losing this computer to them.

I also should add that when I go to different sites, many of them have this same ad in their respective ad blocks about increased male size pills, and it's the same brand.
