Are these protection softwares enough?

Hi everyone!

So this is my system protection so far:

Real-time scanning:
Avast! Professional Edition
Windows Defender (or should I change to Spyware Terminator?)

SpywareBlaster

For on-demand use only:
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware

Others:
Keyscrambler
McAfee Site Advisor

Soon to install:
Comodo Firewall
Threatfire (maybe?)

Is my system "protected enough" , and any other suggestions for it? Of course i would like to achieve "good" protection while not comprimising performance too much.
