Web Washer

Hello, i'm a newer member who is somewhat computer savvy.
I need some help though.
At my school there is a program known as Web Washer that blocks anything that the Administrators dislike, i.e. games, movies, etc.
Web proxies can bypass it and that's all fine and good, but then Web Washer gets those too.
My question is, how can I get past Web Washer in a way that would not require my knowledge of the password for the Security, and can not become immobilized by the Web washer.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
