Re: CA Anti-Virus

Hi

zlob can be tricky to remove - not many AVs will actually remove it and I can't remember if CA does or not.

If you think you may be infected and need help removing any infection then please start here and follow the instructions.

Please note that the Security Forum is always busy, so I would ask for your patience while waiting for a reply - it may take a few days.

Same old story - if you don't know what you are downloading and/or installing then simply don't do it.

Re: CA Anti-Virus

Hi

Can't help you with Zlob. However, I have had CA for 3 years and I am getting rid of it. It has never let anything through, but it can act up at times and blocks all sorts without warning. My beef is that the Customer Service is rubbish. Sometimes you get a live IM chat and this can be good. Othertimes, you get an e-mail response and I have waited 2 weeks for a reply.
