Memcheck Error
Hello,
I am helping my cousin fix his old Acer Aspire 3050, were hoping you can help. I have searched for answers on the Internet without much luck. I think I have come to a point that I need to check virus in memory. Which anti0virus do you recommend? This error: MemCheck.exe - Common Language Runtime Debugging Services Application has generated an exception that could not be handled Process id= 0x278 (632), Thread id=0x27c(636) first started coming up. Then, we are unable to connect to the internet anymore (the wireless router is working ok - we tested with another laptop) and then the notebook is extremely slow. I started installing Norton 360 but it is so slow that we havent had the opportunity to run it nor connect to the internet to update this software I downloaded and ran Security Manager then quarantined what it found and ranked 90% risky but it doesnt help.... Appreciate any insight you could provide. |
