Can not delete combofix

I had some problems on the computer so I downloaded combofix, I started it and then did what it told me too but when it restarted the computer it did not finish what it suppose to do, it did not open a log file or anything so it is still running now and every time I was restarting the computer it use to open a black box then it goes away so I stopped it from when you start the computer to start, combobatch I unchecked it, and I fixed the clock but my computer seems slower than normal, please let me know what should I do?

sorry one more thing,every time I try to search for it this message pops up saying " windows explore has enconteres a problem and needs to close. we are sorry for the inconvenience. If you wew in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost. Please tell microsoft about this problem.Wehave created an error report that you can send to help us improve windows explore. We will treat this report as confidential and anonymos. to see what data this error report contians,click here" then it I pess send error report it closes but nothing happens but if I press don't send the computer restarts.
