FULL OF MALWARE need help with safemode

Hi, My computer is full of viruses since almost a year ago that won-t let me do stuff like edit videos, upload videos tu my mp3 players and not even run antiviruses or view hidden files.
i have windows xp and mY ANTIVIRUS IS NOD32 but i cant update it since i think the virus is not letting me, the thing is that i wanted to run the computer in safe mode to see if I could run spybot but it wouldnt let me, when i go and press f8 the computer would ask me what mode would i like to log in with and when I choose anything different it just restarts, so i DOWNLOADED safeboot and tried to force it, now it just restarts and asks me and it wont even load in normal mode, whatever i choose, safe mode ,safe mode with network or normal mode it just restarts, i dunno what to do :( PLEASE HELP

Try the Last Known Good Configuration. If successful, restore the system to an earlier date if possible.

The system will still be infected but you can at least start with our pre-posting process outlined here to begin the cleaning process.

After running through all the steps, please post the requested logs in the HijackThis Log Help forum, not here.

If the Last Known Good Configuration doesn't work, I am afraid there isn't much of a choice to get out of this endless loop. The system may have been damaged severely. The only possible option I can think of may be a repair install of XP to get it running enough to start the malware removal process mentioned above. You'll need your XP installation CD for that. Instructions can be found here:

If that doesn't solve the problem either, you might have to reformat and reinstall XP.
