Blue screen of death!

Please help me somebody!

I'm having big computer problems...firstly I have been hacked since somebody has made it known to me that they've seen everything I've looked up on google.

Then I got sent a hellkern worm.

Then I got the infamous blasted blue screen of death terrifying me...it's recovered about ten times now.

There's a certain site I go onto...every time I go in and do a netstat command there's some host called laughingsquid.net that appears about fifteen times in a row. I never registered for that...

Oh yes...and twice the laughingsquid logo took over the whole screen when I put in the url for hotmail and google...freaky man.

Also I was warned that a remote host was attempting to access my SVChosts and internet.

OH and also...my google came up in german and dutch! And I cannot access hotmail like before...

As you can probably discern here I'm not that tech savvy.

My question is, I'm quarantining malware in kaspersky (complete protection 2009) which has made the computer run a little faster and smoother.

But now there are tons of registry errors after I quarantined winword.exe and numerous real player and quick time files described as vulnerable.

To get rid of malware I don't know what to rely upon for removing errors, kaspersky or my uniblue registry cleaner and are they compatible?

With spybot search and destroy I removed altnet stuff and an RXtoolbar...

Or I have a product recovery disk that I haven't used yet.

Sorry this is so lengthy but I'm all at sea...I don't know what to do!

Any replies or help truly appreciated...

Thank you ...x

Re: Blue screen of death!

Okay...just me again.

As I suspected the registry booster could be dangerous...so I did undo everything it had done by restoring it as it was in the start and I won't touch it now so I think that's one question answered.

I fear this should be in the malware section and may repost there but if anyone thinks any of the above sounds familiar or rings a bell, please post since I don't have any idea...

Thanks so much x
