howzit going....new guy here needs some help plz
howzit going guys this is my first post here.im having a problem getting rid of a virus from my laptop.i've got norton,avg and something called avira running and they aint doing anything,the virus is called infostealer.gampass.im running my AV but its not picking it up but another AV i have is and it just says its unable to fix the infected files.i scanned my laptop and its says i have 358 infected files,norton AV pop up says it has detected and removed an infected file but the other AV says im still infected.im really lost here,my laptop's running very slow ,freezing alot and it takes about 15-20 minutes just to start up.im quadriplegic and my laptops everything to me,i use it more then the usual person and lately i cant do much with it so if you guys could please help me out i would be really grateful
