virus removal help!
We have found a trojan in our win32 folder and can not remove or quarantine the file. Has anyone ever heard of rqRJDwXN.dll? The file appears to be blocked and can not access it to delete it.

Hi, welcome to TSF
rqRJDwXN.dll is an unknown filename, which could indicate an infection. It will probably take more than just deleting it to fix the problem. Please follow these instructions and start a new thread in the HiJackThis forum where an analyst will help you as soon as possible. Include in your new thread the name of the software you used to detect the file, and any details the software gives about it being a trojan.
