Problem loading ZoneAlarm security

Each time I attempt to load ZoneAlarm I receive the message, "The file c\windows\internet.logs\installer_110808220208.log could not be opened. Access is denied.

Does anyone know what that mean?

Are you installing za for the first time or what do you mean by load ?
What version of windows is it you have ?

Fallow the instructions here If your comfortable with them, I suggest skipping 24. as there is no real need to edit the registry
