My computer appears to be constantly accessing the internet
Regardless of which program I am in, the computer seems to be accessing the internet (even if I am not using either IE or Mozilla)and making the current program "inactive" - i.e. not the active program. It does this for all MS Office applications, Outlook, IE, Mozilla, etc.
I have run both Ad Aware and Spybot, and have run 2 full antivirus scans to no effect. I have de-activated automatic updates for Windows and Quickbooks. I am looking for help and/or direction Last edited by MLBenatar; 11-04-2008 at 02:58 PM. |
